The Peel-Harvey Catchment Council achieved its incorporation in May 2001. As an incorporated body the Constitution of the Peel-Harvey Catchment Council (Inc.) was developed and registered with the Ministry of Fair Trading (now Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety).
