Procurement and Contracts

PHCC is committed to procuring and purchasing goods and services that offer value for money governed by the standards and requirements outlined in our organisation Procurement Policy. Value for money is achieved through assessment of price, risk, timeliness, environmental, social, economic and qualitative factors to determine the most advantageous supply outcome in alignment with PHCC’s Strategic and operational objectives.

Natural Heritage Trust Projects

PHCC is contracted as a Regional Delivery Partner (RDP) by the Australian Government until June 30 2028 to deliver environmental protection, natural resource management and sustainable agriculture services through the Natural Heritage Trust (NHT) Program.

Through this program, PHCC is funded to deliver the following NHT Projects;

  • Numbat Neighborhood – Supporting Community to project our endangered numbats
  • Protecting WA Black Cockatoos for the future
  • A World for Woodlands: Supporting community to protect Banksia and Tuart TECs
  • Restoring Ramsar 482 Wetlands and Waterways

The supply of all goods and services and the engagement of sub-contractors related to the delivery of these projects will be subject to PHCC NHT Projects Terms and Conditions that are consistent with what has been imposed on PHCC as an RDP for the Australian Government. Depending on the nature and scope of Goods and Services being supplied, Suppliers may be contracted by way of a purchase order, letter of engagement or long form contract agreement which may include additional project or contract specific conditions.

The following resources are provided for potential suppliers providing quotations for NHT RDP Projects.

    General Purchasing and Procurement

    The supply of all goods and services that are not related to NHT projects will be subject to PHCC Standard Terms and Conditions for Supply of Goods and Services.

    Depending on the nature and scope of the Goods and Services being supplied, Suppliers may be contracted by way of a purchase order, letter of engagement or long form contract agreement which may include additional project or contract specific conditions.
