Veronica Metcalf

Veronica graduated from Murdoch University late last century (1999) with an Environmental Science degree and Honours in dryland salinity issues – in particular using computer modelling to assess the effectiveness of revegetation scenarios.

She worked as a Landcare Officer at Calingiri for the Shire of Victoria Plains for nearly 3 years after graduating, then travelled and worked overseas for a few years before working in landcare yet again for the Hotham Catchment in Boddington.

Veronica lives with her husband, 3 children and multitude of animals on their property at Crossman, where they believe strongly in connecting to country and community, reducing their impact on our earth and creating a holistic system that is able to adapt and thrive for years to come.

We acknowledge the Noongar people as Traditional Custodians of this land and pay our respects to all Elders past and present
