Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions  After studying Marine and Freshwater Science in Victoria, Melissa has gained over 15 years’ experience working for both the Commonwealth and State governments in marine and coastal project areas. Her career so far has focused on a range of areas including catchment management, water quality, compliance, field operations and marine policy and planning. She has experience working around the Mandurah area specifically with marine fauna incidents including dolphin strandings and monitoring.
