Fronting the Serpentine River, Riverlea Farm is privately owned and contains significant areas of Banksia Woodland that support endangered black cockatoos and many other native species. This planting day aims to restore and increase the area of Banksia Woodland, helping provide food for black cockatoos and wildlife corridors to the River.

This project is supported by the Peel-Harvey Catchment Council through funding from the Alcoa Foundations Three Rivers One Estuary Initiative and the Australian Governments National Landcare Program.

We acknowledge the Noongar people as Traditional Custodians of this land and pay our respects to all Elders past and present
